REFERRALS:

At VITA Pediatrics, we respect how limited your time is and how important timely access to care can be. That’s why we keep our referral process straightforward. Physicians may download our referral form and fax it directly to our office. If a referral pad is preferred, please contact our office and we’ll be happy to deliver one.

When you refer to VITA, families are scheduled promptly, evaluations are thorough, and progress is communicated clearly. Our occupational, physical, and speech therapy services are evidence-based and support the whole child; building strength, coordination, communication, regulation, and independence across physical, sensory, cognitive, and emotional domains.

We view every referral as a partnership. Through ongoing collaboration, we work to ensure patients and families receive meaningful, practical support that translates into daily life at home, in school, and in the community.
